Strawberry Pasta
Gluten Free option pasta

Strawberry Pasta

INGREDIENTS

2 cups cleaned hulled fresh strawberries

1 cup largely grated pecorino romano cheese

1 cup heavy whipping cream

angel hair pasta

4 tlb butter

1/4 teaspoon lemon juice

DIRECTIONS

Prepare your pasta a usual.

Using a blending device, blend strawberries to a puree.

In a sauce pan, melt butter then add strawberry puree and whipping cream. Bring mixture to a warm but not boiling state or you will have breakage.

Add lemon juice. Salt to taste.

Serve over pasta and top with lots of Pecorino Romano cheese

Serve a mixed tea coctail with your valentine day pasta.
