Taste is one of the best sensations.

Tea of course being one of my favorite items to taste and test the flavours from all over the world is why I started Camellia Estate Teas Tea Tasting.

After being a chef of my own resturarant for 5yrs and the chef in my home kitchen for 20 odd years , the love of tea and anything in the kitchen had to collide.

So in my corner of the world this kitchen produced a few intertaining drinks for Valentine's Day.

ONE:

First Brew a pot of Camellia Estate "Moon over the Nile" loose leaf tea.

Add 1 shot Evan Williams Cinnamon Reserve Kentucky Liqueur for each 4 ounces of tea.

Taking the tastebuds to the next level rim the glass with Maines Maple Syrup.

Serve over ice in high ball glass.

TWO:

First brew a pot of Camellia Estate "Blueberry Verde" loose leaf tea.

Add 1 shot of St. Germain

Add 1 shot of Kettle One Vodka

1/4 mixture add club soda

Shake well in martini shaker with lots of ice the pour into martini glass then garnish of fresh blueberries.

THREE:

First brew a pot of Camellia Estate " Lorilei" loose leaf tea.

Add 1 shot of Creme de Voilette

Add 1 shot of Kettle One Vodka

Add smidge of Balsamic Fig Vinegar

Shake well in martini shaker with lots of ice the pour into martini glass then garnish with candied violette.

This can be served as a frozen drink with the crushed ice, as well.
