TEA POTIONS
One of my favorite tea tasting is a Witch's Tea.
This is the time to show off and highlight some of my best loose leaf tea's.
A great witch's brew begins with a great tea brew.
POTION #1
First Brew a pot of Camellia Estate "Moon over the Nile" loose leaf tea.
Add 1 shot Evan Williams Cinnamon Reserve Kentucky Liqueur for each 4 ounces of tea.
Taking the taste buds to the next level rim the glass with Maines Maple Syrup.
Serve over ice in high ball glass.
POTION #2
First brew a pot of Camellia Estate " Lorilei" loose leaf tea.
Add 1 shot of Creme de Voilette
Add 1 shot of Kettle One Vodka
Add smidge of Balsamic Fig Vinegar
Shake well in martini shaker with lots of ice then pour into martini glass. Garnish with candied violette.
This can be served as a frozen drink with crushed ice, as well.
